More specifically the fast food items with the most calories, the average menu item calorie count of the top fast food chains, the number of ads that are shown to the youth, and finally the rise in popularity of mobile ordering and the most popular fast food apps by number of downloads.

If you’ve ever wondered just how bad something soo good can be, look no further than the graphic above that highlights the 50 fast food menu items with the most calories.
A simple yet important distinction is that sandwich chains were left off due to some of the menu items being well into the thousands of calories for a 6-foot sandwich that is *meant* for a family gathering and NOT one person, same goes for fast food style pizza joins; Pizza Hut, Dominos, etc.
Only 26% of the top 50 menu items weren’t dessert-related while 28% of the menu items were on Sonic’s menu. We also left off special order items such as Sonic’s Route 44 size (44 ounces of whatever drink/shake you can think of) as well as combo foods; examples include:
Cane’s Caniac Combo - 1,780 Calories
McDonald’s 40-piece Mcnuggets - 1,660 Calories
Buffalo Wild Wings 30 Count Traditional Wings (Drums Only) - 2,240 Calories
